1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AI WarRoom Politicos platform (“Service”) operated by mediaXtreme LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AI WarRoom Politicos is a Political Intelligence Operating System that provides:
- Opposition Radar™: Real-time opposition surveillance and political intelligence monitoring
- Voter Mood Map™: AI-powered sentiment analysis and voter mood tracking across districts
- Rapid Response Engine: Automated counter-narrative generation and rapid response campaign tools
- War Brief™: Daily strategic intelligence briefings delivered automatically to campaign leadership
- Campaign Analytics: Deep analytics on campaign performance, ad spend efficiency, and voter engagement
The Service is designed for political campaigns, PACs, political consultants, and advocacy organizations.
3. Account Registration
To access the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensuring your contact information remains current and accurate
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing
The Service is offered through tiered subscription plans. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to the following:
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as specified at the time of purchase
- Early adopter pricing is locked in for the lifetime of continuous subscription
- Prices are subject to change for new subscribers, but existing plan rates are honored
- All fees are quoted in United States Dollars (USD)
- You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for recurring fees
5. Payment Terms
Payment is processed securely through PayPal. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
- Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle
- Failed payments may result in suspension of Service access
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes
- We do not store credit card information on our servers
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law or regulation
- Generate or distribute deepfakes or synthetic media depicting real candidates
- Use the Service to suppress voter turnout or spread disinformation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
- Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written consent
- Use the Service in violation of FEC regulations or applicable election laws
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of mediaXtreme LLC and its licensors.
- Our IP: AI WarRoom, Opposition Radar, Voter Mood Map, War Brief, and all associated logos, designs, and algorithms are trademarks and proprietary technology of mediaXtreme LLC
- Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your campaign data, opposition research, or strategic intelligence
- Generated Content: Content generated by the Service (briefs, reports, counter-narratives) using your data is owned by you and may be used freely for your campaign purposes
8. Data Isolation and Privacy
We maintain strict multi-tenant data isolation. Your campaign’s data, intelligence models, and strategic research are:
- Never shared with other campaigns or organizations on the platform
- Never used to train public AI models
- Protected by military-grade security protocols
- Encrypted at rest and in transit

9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for:
- Scheduled maintenance windows (communicated in advance)
- Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control
- Third-party service outages (cloud providers, payment processors)
- Internet connectivity issues on your end
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mediaXtreme LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service
- Campaign outcomes or election results
- Any other matter relating to the Service
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless mediaXtreme LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:
- Violates these Terms or applicable law
- Is harmful to other users, us, or third parties
- Involves fraudulent or deceptive activity
- Violates election laws or campaign finance regulations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform. Upon cancellation, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
