Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

AI WarRoom Politicos offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for the first billing cycle of any new subscription. This guarantee applies under the following conditions:

• The refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of your initial subscription payment
• The guarantee applies only to the first billing cycle of new accounts
• The guarantee is available once per customer, per organization
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

2. Monthly Plan Refunds

For subscribers on monthly billing plans:

• Within 30 days (first cycle): Full refund under the money-back guarantee
• After 30 days: No refunds are issued for subsequent monthly billing cycles
• You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your current billing period
• No partial-month refunds are provided upon cancellation

3. Annual Plan Refunds

For subscribers on annual billing plans, pro-rated refunds are available under the following terms:

• Within 30 days: Full refund under the money-back guarantee
• Days 31–90: Pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the annual term, less a 15% early termination fee
• After 90 days: No refunds are issued for annual plans
• Pro-rated refunds are calculated based on the number of full months remaining in the annual term

4. After the 30-Day Window

Once the 30-day money-back guarantee period has elapsed:

• All subscription payments for monthly plans are final and non-refundable
• Annual plan refunds follow the pro-rated schedule outlined in Section 3
• Due to the immediate allocation of GPU compute resources, AI model provisioning, and real-time surveillance infrastructure dedicated to your campaign, resources cannot be reclaimed once deployed
• You will retain full access to all platform features until the end of your current billing period

5. Cancellation Process

Cancelling your AI WarRoom Politicos subscription is straightforward:

• Self-Service: Cancel directly from your Command Center billing portal at any time — no approval process required
• Email: Send a cancellation request to support@mediaxtreme.com
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
• No long-term contracts or cancellation fees (except early termination on annual plans as described in Section 3)
• You retain full operational access to all features until the conclusion of your paid period

6. Campaign Data Retention After Cancellation

Upon cancellation of your subscription, your campaign data is handled as follows:

• Active Period: Full access to all features and data through the end of your billing period
• 30-Day Grace Period: After your subscription ends, you have 30 days to export your data (opposition research files, voter sentiment reports, war briefs, and campaign analytics)
• Data Export: All exportable data is available in standard formats (CSV, PDF, JSON) during the grace period
• Permanent Deletion: After the 30-day grace period, all campaign data, intelligence models, and associated files are permanently and irrecoverably deleted from our servers
• Compliance Records: Minimal billing and compliance records are retained as required by law (typically 7 years for financial records)

7. Billing Disputes

If you have any concerns regarding billing or believe you were charged in error:

• Contact us at support@mediaxtreme.com with the subject “Billing Inquiry”
• Include your account email and a description of the issue
• We will investigate and respond within 2 business days

We are committed to resolving all billing matters fairly and promptly. We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
