Data Sovereignty Agreement
A legal and technical guarantee that your political party's or candidate's data is stored, processed, and governed exclusively within the borders of your own country and under your own legal jurisdiction.
1. The Three Pillars of Data Sovereignty
Geographic Residency
Physical servers must be located within your country. Data for a French candidate is never stored on a server in Virginia, USA.
Legal Jurisdiction
Data is subject only to the laws of the host nation. Foreign governments cannot use subpoena power to access your political strategy or voter data.
Technological Isolation
Political data of Candidate A is mathematically and physically separated from Candidate B to prevent any cross-server leakage.

No data shall be exported, mirrored, or processed outside the jurisdictional borders of [Country Name] without explicit written authorization."
5. Data Neutrality & Non-Monetization Pledge
AI WarRoom operates as a "blind vault" — data goes in, intelligence comes out to the client, and the vault is then locked. We maintain the industry's strictest Non-Monetization framework:
Your data is never sold, traded, or shared with marketing agencies, credit bureaus, or other institutions.
Data gathered for your district needs is never used to train models or inform the strategy of other candidates.
We make money from your subscription, not from your data. We do not participate in the "Data Broker" economy.
6. Non-Monetization Mandate
"AI WarRoom operates under a strict Non-Monetization Mandate. We guarantee zero data sharing with third-party marketing institutions, commercial brokers, or external entities. All intelligence generated within this theater is the exclusive property of the subscribing entity."
This agreement is effective as of the date of subscription activation and remains in force for the duration of the service agreement plus 24 months after termination, during which all data is either returned to the client or permanently destroyed per the client's instruction.
